About Us

Rupert Lloyd MRICS is a Building Surveyor with over 30 years’ experience in the property industry gained principally in the London area. He now works as a specialist Party Wall Surveyor across the whole of the London region.

Having originally studied Business Management at College, his subsequent
introduction to the industry was in property and buildings management in both the residential and commercial sectors working for one of the largest property owning companies in the UK.

Prior to professional qualification with the RICS, he studied Building Surveying at the College of Estate Management.

As a result, he holds a comprehensive knowledge of building pathology, defects and repairs and unusually for a Building Surveyor, an understanding of the commercial property market.

He is a Party Wall specialist and also a member of the ‘Pyramus & Thisbe Club’ the independent academic organisation of specialist Party Wall Surveyors. He is also a consultant in building conservation techniques having followed an MSc course in Building Conservation.
